About YNGSoftware
Your Next-Generation Solutions.
Who We Are
YNGSoftware is a software and web development studio built on the idea that great tools should be clean, reliable, and respectful of the people who use them. The name comes from YNG — the founder's nickname — which also stands for Your Next Generation, a commitment to building software that is always a step ahead.
What We Build
We develop simple and practical solutions to your requirements.
Our Philosophy
We believe software should work for you — not the other way around. Every tool we ship is designed to be straightforward, fast, and trustworthy. We hold ourselves to a high moral standard in how we build, operate, and maintain our products.
Privacy Commitment
We do not collect personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to authenticate your identity and operate the service. We never sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information stays with us — and only for as long as you choose to use the service.
For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
The Person Behind It
YNGSoftware is founded and operated by Emeterio M. Sumagang Jr. — a software engineer passionate about building practical, scalable solutions. A critical thinker who questions assumptions and stays focused on what actually works. Always learning, and always turning ideas into simple, user-focused products.
The Fibon Story
Back in college, the founder was part of a group called Fibon — named after the Fibonacci sequence. The name came from the math, but what truly united the group had nothing to do with numbers. It was the rabbits. Specifically, the way they multiply. That unstoppable, relentless drive — that was the spirit Fibon ran on.
The trio — JMJ, Mits, and YNG — shared a common passion for programming and were aspiring software architects long before the title meant anything official. In college they were known for helping out anyone who needed a hand with code, no questions asked. Most of the time, grateful benefactors would show their appreciation the only way that made sense: a bottle of Tanduay Rhum.
The group later welcomed an honorary member of distinguished standing: Fibon Man Chocat's.
The group held a simple belief that stuck: if you can write code to turn on a light bulb, you can do anything. Small proof of concept, infinite possibility.
